i reserve the right to deny service for any reason.
all artwork commissioned by me is for personal use only, and cannot be used for commercial use (unless the commercial fee is paid; see below for further details).
as the artist, i reserve the right to post commissioned artwork, include it within portfolios, include in social media banners, use for examples, etc.
clients are strictly prohibited from tracing, copying, removing watermarks, and claiming commissioned artwork as their own.
any artwork by me is strictly prohibited within the production, sales, or purchases of NFT's (Non Fungible Tokens). this includes personal and commercially licensed work.
all commissions are digital, and does not entail any physical/tangible items. this of course, does not apply if you purchased a printed copy of your commission.

if a commercial license has not been discussed, your commission is strictly personal and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
all commissions under this category will be up-charged a minimum of 100%.
PLEASE NOTE that the intended use for artwork provided will affect price. for artwork specifically to be used for merchandise, a minimum of 200% up-charge is to be expected.
payment + processing
i require payment upfront, or after a sketch approval. if you do not qualify for a payment plan, you must send the full amount.
payment plans are only available for orders over 100usd. first payment will need to be at least 20% of asking price, and will not be refundable. the following payments and timeframe of remaining balance will be talked about in private messages.
commissions are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. please message me if you have questions or concerns.
you may ask for updates, absolutely! i try to provide wips (works in progress) when i feel there's enough progress. edits and adjustments are allowed within reason and highly preferred before the lining stage.
